Your Refresh™ web content management subscription includes business class hosting in our dedicated facility which is located in Tele-house London, Europe's largest Network Operating Centre (NOC). We have engineers on call 24 hours a day to ensure the smooth operation of your service.
Our Internet connectivity is based in Telehouse Europe, the largest and most successful Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Europe. Telehouse Europe is a telecommunications facility based in Docklands, London and houses the LINX (London's Internet Exchange), which is the major point of presence in Europe. By locating our facility in Telehouse, we have put ourselves at the hub of the UK and European Internet system.
Telehouse provides resilient and secure facilities in London, Paris, Geneva, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. Our customers enjoy peace of mind with the knowledge that they are locating their IT systems in the best facility available in Europe. Our Network backbone in Telehouse comprises 2 x 100Meg Independent transit pipes, through 4 cross meshed Cisco 72x Routers.
